If you are not the one who has logged in, to protect your account:
- Change your Wallapop password immediately. Likewise, if your access is via Gmail, Facebook or Apple, we recommend that you change your password there as well.
- Check your contact details, profile pictures, ads have not undergone unrecognized changes.
- Make sure that the actions performed on Wallapop have been done by you (new chat conversations, uploaded products, purchased products, favorites, searches, wallet money movements,...).
If something seems incorrect, out of place, not done by you, or you don't have access to your account, please contact us immediately via the button below.
