If the shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient or if a dispute is accepted, a refund is made to the seller.
In what situations is a refund processed?
The shipment could not be delivered
If the package cannot be delivered to the requested address, after the delivery attempts for each type of shipment, due to absence, refusal,... of the buyer, the package will be returned to the seller. The tracking code for the return will be the same as the shipping code.
For returns with Seur-DPD the package will remain available to the recipient for 10 calendar days before being returned. For CTT, the availability period for the recipient is 5 business days.
Can I track my return?
The return will be delivered within 3 business days. Both the seller and the buyer can track the goods on the transport companies' locators: CTT locator / DPD tracker.
What about my money?
Once the return is delivered, the buyer will receive a refund in the payment method used within 3-10 business days.
