Money from sales made through Wallapop Shipping will appear in your wallet automatically once the buyer has confirmed that the product is in good condition. Remember that the buyer has 48h from the delivery of the package to perform this verification. As soon as the buyer confirms that the product received is correct, the amount will be transferred to your wallet immediately. For more information about our return policy please see: Return policy.
You can check your wallet balance from the app or from the web.
Once the money is available in your wallet you can decide whether you want to:
- Use it to buy on Wallapop (for more information on how to do this see: Pay with your wallet)
- Pay in person (for more information check: Pay in person)
- Transfer the money to your bank account without any additional cost. Remember that if you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered on Wallapop. (for more information check: How to transfer the money from my wallet?)
