Remember that once you receive the product, you must check the condition of the product and in case you are not satisfied, you have at least 14 days to return it.
If the product has broken or has been damaged during transport, you must open a claim to Wallapop within 48 hours after carrier's delivery confirmation To do this, access the tracking screen and choose the option “Broken in transport” and fill in the information requested.
