Products with “Warranty” are shipped from Spain to other parts of Spain, Italy and Portugal.
Once the purchase has been made, Seur will pick it up at the seller's address within 24 hours.

Remember that once you receive the product, you must check the condition of the product and in case you are not satisfied, you have at least 14 days to return it.
If the product has broken or has been damaged during transport, you must open a claim to Wallapop within 48 hours after the package has been delivered. To do this, access the tracking screen and choose the option “Broken in transport” and fill in the information requested.
