This feature is currently in the testing phase and will soon be available to all users.
If as a buyer you see a product you are interested in but want to offer a different price, you can make an offer to the seller. This functionality is not available for products from PRO users, refurbished products and products in the Real Estate, Cars and Jobs category.
As a buyer, to make an offer:
- You will need to access the chat with the seller.
- There you will see the option “Make an offer” at the top.
- On the next screen, you can make the offer and send it to the seller. Please note that it is not possible to offer less than 30% of the price of the item.
- Once you have made your offer, you will have to wait for the seller to accept it or make you a counteroffer. You will be able to review your offer in the chat.
- If the seller accepts the offer, you will have 24 hours to buy the product at the new price through Wallapop.
| Please note that even if the offer is accepted by the seller, during these 24 hours, the item is not reserved and another user can buy the product at the original price or continue to make offers. |
You have up to 10 bids per day. If you place more than one bid on the same product, it will be counted as one bid.
As for the seller:
- You will receive the offer in the chat with the buyer.
- Once you access it, you will be able to:
- Make a counteroffer
- Decline it
- Accept it
- If you decide to accept it, the buyer will have 24 hours to buy the product at the price you have accepted. Please note that it is not possible to reverse the acceptance of an offer.
