Updating an item
To edit a product, you must first access your profile (You > User name) and open the ad. Next, click on the pencil that appears at the top of the screen.
The editing screen will open and from there you can modify the photos, title, description, etc. Once you have modified the ad, don't forget to save it by clicking the "Update Product" button at the bottom of the screen.
Marking an item as reserved
When you have reached an agreement with a buyer, you can mark the product as reserved by selecting the "Reserve" option on your product page. On the website, you can also do this from inside your chat with the buyer.
If you mark a product as reserved by mistake, simply undo the action by clicking the button again.
Marking an item as sold
Once you have sold a product, you can mark it as reserved by selecting the "Sold" option on your product page. On the website, you can also do this from inside your chat with the buyer.
Please note that if you mark a product as sold, you will not be able to recover it.
Deleting an item
To remove an ad, enter the product page from your profile (You > User name) and click on the 3-dot icon at the upper right of the screen. Then, select the option to "Delete Product" and confirm that you wish to delete it.
Remember that if you have a sale in progress it is not possible to delete your ad. You will have to wait for the transaction to finish if it is already in process or cancel the sale if you have not sent it yet.
Please note that if you delete an item, you will not be able to retrieve it. If you have already sold the product, please mark it as sold and review the buyer so that this can be reflected on both your profile and theirs.
