This service allows short and long distance shipments of products published in Wallapop to be done safely for both users. Shipments are made with CTT for domestic shipments in Portugal and with DPD Portugal for shipments from Spain.
To buy a product, the buyer must use the "Buy" button that appears in the ad, you can shop both in the application and in the Wallapop website. If you want to negotiate the price or ask for information about the product, you can do it through the chat. To open a chat you need to access the ad and click on the "Chat" button that appears at the bottom.
At the moment of purchase, the buyer must also choose the shipping method and the payment method. For more information about both, see: Shipping types and Payment methods.
The seller must confirm or reject the shipment. He can do this from the application or from the Wallapop website.
Both the seller and the buyer can track the shipment in the application or on the website. It is also possible to check the status of the package from the parcel tracker on the CTT website and on the DPD website.
Once the package is received by the shipping company, the buyer will receive it within 3 business days. Once received, and after the time period in which the buyer has to claim a possible problem (48h), the seller will automatically receive the transaction money in his wallet.
Please note that each shipping code is meant to ship only one product, it is not possible to split or group shipments.
