Types of shipment, dimensions and weights
Below is a description of the dimensions and weights allowed for shipments via Wallapop:

The weight must be put by the seller in the ad at the time of uploading the product by activating the option Shipping and only he can edit it. In case he did not register it when he uploaded the ad, he must edit the ad and put the weight to make the transaction.
As for packaging, packaging with advertising from third parties is not allowed. Boxes must be plain and white or brown. The shipment of irregular products is not allowed either. If the Post Office considers that the packaging is not appropriate for the transport of the product, it will suggest the purchase of the boxes that have an extra cost to the seller.

Service costs
The service costs are the shipping costs and Wallapop Protection. Both fees are compulsory in order to use the Wallapop Shipping service.
The service costs must be paid by the buyer. Wallapop shipping is free of charge for the seller, except in the case of home collection with SEUR or bulky items, the amount will be deducted from the price of the product at the time of payment.
Packaging is the seller's responsibility. It is not possible to buy envelopes or boxes from the post office and pay for them via Wallapop.
The maximum amount allowed on Wallapop Shipping is €2500, if the price exceeds this amount it is not possible to carry out the transaction through Wallapop Shipping. The minimum amount allowed is €1, it is not possible to place an order for a lower amount.
The total value of the service can be checked on the payment summary screen, always before confirming payment.

Shipping zones
Shipments are made:
- From/to the whole of Portugal, including the islands of Madeira and the Azores.
- From mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands it is only possible to ship to mainland Portugal. Shipping to the islands of Madeira and the Azores is not possible.
- From mainland Portugal it is only possible to send to mainland Spain.
The app does not accept zip codes from areas excluded for shipping. Please note that in the event of a return, the package will be sent to the sender's address.
Please remember that, as stated in the Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms for Wallapop’s Shipping Service, failure to comply with weight, size, and/or permitted service requirements (such as not adhering to authorized drop-off points) may result in the Seller losing the right to a refund in the event of loss or damage to the item.
