If you have sold a product on Wallapop and you have not yet received the amount you are entitled to for the sale, there could be several reasons:
Has the buyer received the product?
Remember that the buyer has 48 hours from the carrier's delivery confirmation to check the item condition. As soon as the buyer confirms that the product received is correct or the claim period ends, the amount will be transferred to your wallet immediately.
Is the amount in your wallet?
The proceeds from sales made through Wallapop Shipping will appear in your wallet automatically when the buyer has confirmed that the product is in good condition. The buyer has 48h to confirm it.
Once the money is available in the wallet you can decide if you want to keep it as a balance to buy on Wallapop (with shipping or in person) or transfer the money to your bank account at no additional cost and receive it in 2-5 business days.
Remember that if you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered in Wallapop.

If you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered on Wallapop. The time to receive the amount is between 2-5 working days.
Have you verified your identity?

Have you made the transaction through Wallapop?
Remember that Wallapop protects transactions when payment and shipping is made through our platform, otherwise, any transaction made with other methods is considered as a deal between individuals and Wallapop acts only as an intermediary.
