Single point of contact for the Digital Services Act ("DSA") and the General Product Safety Regulation ("GPSR")
Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA and Article 22.1 and 2 of the GPSR require online platforms such as Wallapop to designate a single point of contact in relation to the application of the DSA and on product safety issues that allows direct communication with (i) European Union users and (ii) public authorities, including the European Commission, the authorities of the European Union Member States and the European Digital Services Council in relation to the application of the DSA.
