To start selling, you need to activate the shipping option in your ads
- You will be notified that someone has bought your product.
- Choose your preferred shipping method to generate a shipping label.
- You have 5 days to ship your product, depending on the shipping method you choose.
- Track your shipment in the app or on the Wallapop website or shipping trackers (CTT, DPD). If the buyer has chosen a collection point, they have 2 to 10 days (depending on the carrier) to pick up the package; if they don't pick it up after this period, it will be returned to the sender.
- Upon carrier's delivery confirmation, the buyer has 48 hours to check that the product complies.
- After this time or if the buyer selects the “All OK” option, they will receive the money immediately in their wallet.
