How to prepare an item for shipment
It is recommended that you use wrapping or boxes that protect the item. You must paste the shipping information on the package. The weight of the package must not exceed the maximum weight indicated in the item ad. If you exceed it, you will not be able to send it. For more details, see the following article:

How to verify your identity
In order to transfer the money from your sales to you bank account, European banking regulations ask us to verify your identity. It is a process that you only have to complete once, as long as you are using the same bank account. If you change your bank account, you will have to do it again. In any case, it is a very simple process.
What if the buyer opens a dispute
When the buyer opens a dispute, it means that they are not satisfied with the item they have received. In such cases, you must respond to the dispute, as you are the seller. If you do not agree with it, you can escalate it to Wallapop and ask our team to review it and make a decision. For more details, see the following article:
How and when do you receive the amount from your sale
To receive the money from your sales you must have verified your identity. You will receive the amount in the bank account linked with your Wallapop account. It usually takes between 3 and 5 working days, from when the buyer confirms that the item received is in the agreed conditions.
What to do if the weight indicated in the ad is incorrect
If you accept an offer with a weight lower than the actual weight, the package will not be accepted by the transport agency.
In this case, you must cancel it using the button found by clicking on your sale (you can access it from the Sales > In progress > View instructions > Cancel shipment section or from the chat).
Once the transaction has been canceled, edit your ad and modify the information regarding the weight, selecting the correct range (between 0 and 30 kg).
To edit, click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner of your ad. One of the editable sections is Shipping, where you can choose the weight range that fits your product (keep in mind that packaging must be included when calculating the weight). Once modified, confirm the changes by clicking on the “Update product” button at the bottom of the screen.
When you have updated the weight in your listing, you can notify the buyer to send you a new shipping request and thus generate a new tracking code.
How does it work if I sell a lot of products?
If you have sold a lot, all products must be shipped in the same package, which must not exceed the maximum weight or dimensions. It is important that you add the correct weight for each product. You can find more information about selling lots in this article.
