If the package delivery information is missing and the seller has not yet delivered the package to the shipping company, you can cancel it. For more information, you can refer to this article: Canceling the shipment as soon as the purchase is confirmed.
If the package has already been delivered to the transport company and the delivery data is missing:
- If it is a shipment with DPD Portugal, you can change the details in the email DPD will send you to inform you of the delivery date. In case the shipment cannot be delivered, the buyer will receive an email from which he can also modify the details. The deadline to modify the address information is 10 calendar days from the first delivery attempt.
- In the case of CTT shipments, the buyer will receive an e-mail indicating that delivery has been attempted and the location where the order can be picked up within the next 5 working days.
