DPD makes two delivery attempts and CTT makes one delivery attempt for Portugal-Portugal shipments and two attempts for Portugal-Spain shipments.
If after these delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver it:
- In the case of shipments with CTT Portugal-Portugal, an SMS and an email will be sent to inform where the order will be deposited for 5 working days.
- In the case of shipments with CTT Portugal-Spain, the shipment will be held for 15 calendar days.
- In the case of DPD shipments, the shipment will be deposited at a collection point (these are places or stores where your orders are stored) for 10 days from the first delivery attempt, so that you can pick up your order. You will receive an SMS with the address of the collection point where your shipment has been deposited.
After the collection deadlines have passed, if you have not collected your parcel, it will be returned to the sender and you will no longer be able to retrieve it.
