If a shipment cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender.
To find out the reason for the return, consult the locator of the transport company with which the shipment was sent: CTT tracker / DPD tracker.
- If the shipment was sent by CTT, 1 delivery attempt is made and if not delivered, the package is available for collection at a collection point for 5 working days.
- If the shipment was sent by DPD, 2 delivery attempts are made to the sender's address and then the shipment is available for pickup at a collection point for 10 calendar days from the first delivery attempt.
If the collection period has passed and you have not collected the package, it will be archived. Once the package is archived, there is a maximum of 90 days from the first delivery attempt to retrieve it. If you would like to retrieve it, you will need to contact us using the button below so that we can manage it with the shipping company.
Our recommendation is that if you do not receive the package at your address, you should collect it within this period in order to facilitate management, as after this period recovery may be more difficult.
